Information you need to know

KIHD products are only shipping within Canada and the United states at this time. Within Canada KIHD Products will offer free shipping on orders over 100 dollars before tax excluding the KIHD Reflector Oven that will have a shipping flat rate available outside of the GTA and out of province purchases.

Return policy for KIHD products

At KIHD Products, our mission is to help you enjoy your outdoor adventures. We want you to have a great experience in our store and outdoor. We do this by providing you with high quality, well-designed products at competitive prices, combined with the best possible customer service and product knowledge.

We are confident in our customer service and product selection and want you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased from KIHD Products. If the purchased product ceases within 30 days due to manufacturing defects, KIHD products will exchange the product upon receipt of the defective item.

Some exceptions apply to the following products:

Refunds or exchanges on Magnesium Flint Firesteel will only be made on unopened packaging or if the product is unused and shows signs of manufacturing defects.
Refunds or exchanges on the KIHD stove will only be made if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of manufacturing defects before use, KIHD Products will replace the part at no additional cost to the customer upon receipt of the defective part.
Shipping charges for returning the defective item will not be refunded, but KIHD products will ship the replacement item free of charge.

KIHD products act on your behalf for all manufacturer warranties for the products we sell. Be sure to attach a letter stating your full address, contact information and a copy of your receipt. Please explain in detail the faults present. In short, we will always be here to help.
