I was fortunate to be able to try these ovens when they were in the development stage and now I have my own and I could not be happier. On a recent trip to Noganosh Lake Provincial Park we used this oven to bake Pizza, Corn bread and the best thing was the Cinnamon rolls we baked… they turned out awesome (Better than the wife makes at home but don’t tell her I said that).

If you are not afraid to add a pound or 2 to your backcountry kitchen, then this is a must have… Great job on creating such a cool Canadian made reflector oven.

An excellent device to cook bread and similar things in the backcountry. Very easy to put together. As it is aluminum it also cools quickly after use. My fiancée and I used it on an 8-day trip almost daily. The included bag makes it easy to pack. Only challenge we had was the corner locking mechanisms bending if not packed perfectly. This is easy to look past as they are easy to bend back into place. We also noticed that there is a correct and incorrect way of building the oven. If built incorrectly there is a gap in the back and it takes much longer to cook.
